Here is our terms and conditions policy:                                                                                           

• Insurance- Hulls house cleans have full liability insurance.                                                                                                                                                   
• Disclosure and barring service- All staff are DBS checked and enhanced DBS checked including myself.                                                                                    
• Payment- Hulls house cleans has it's own business account so Bank transfer's can be made and cash is accepted, you will receive an invoice after the clean stating what has being carried out on that day.                                                                                                                                                                                                          
• Keys- If you are not able to be present during the time of the clean that is fine, if you are happy we can arrange for us to have a set of keys during this time. The client can also be present.                                                                                                                 
• Cancellation process- If you wish to cancel a clean and it is within 48 hours of the clean date, there will be half a price charge and if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the clean date there will be a full price charge. I understand things come up last minute that cant be helped but this is my sole income.                                                                                                                                                                                                        
• Move in-move out cleans- If the property is left with a lot of rubbish, a skip will need to be provided by the client.                                         
• Separate additional extras: Separate additional extras involve been deep cleaned interior and exterior and moved. All appliances, cupboards and drawers, interior windows and frames, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, steam cleaning, general DE-cluttering, furniture, office cleaning.                                                                                                                                                         
• Standard maintenance cleans: Standard cleaning is simply wiping surfaces, mopping, hoovering, removing waste and personalized touches at a fixed price of £50.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
• Deep cleans: If a room wanted deep cleaning everything in that room will be getting deep cleaned. if a full home needs deep cleaning that will include everything in that home thoroughly cleaned this will of course take a considerably amount of time.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• I will provide all equipment and fresh mop heads at each property and our hoovers get a thorough deep clean bath at least twice a week which helps to prevent cross contamination.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• I will only be cleaning the interior of homes not exterior.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
• I also will change bedding if its left out but we do not do laundry.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
• Hulls house cleans carries out detailed cleaning, ensuring that nothing is missed this will include dismantling things to clean it and put it back together again this is only as a additional extra or a deep clean.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
• I price per job, not per hour. The time spent in your home can vary depending on how much cleaning is needed and what work is carried out.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• I will also ask if you are happy for your home to be posted on social media, such as before and after pictures and  videos. If not, that's absolutely fine.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
• If a customer is not satisfied with the services provided i will rectify as soon as possible free of charge.
